We are committed to making the right kind of impact with focus on three key areas: our people, our environment and the communities where we operate.

 

We are a small multi-disciplinary team of less than 30 people located in Australia. Our safety and health performance is strong across our non-operated assets in China and New Zealand. We work with our experienced operators to ensure that safety and health performance is consistent with our high expectations. We recognise that a high performing team is a diverse and inclusive team. We continue to set targets for increased gender diversity across all levels of the business.

Climate change presents a significant global challenge. We have initiated climate-related disclosures in line with the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). We will continue to assess our business resilience to climate risk and enhance our disclosures to allow our shareholders and other stakeholders to make informed decisions.

We seek to conduct our operations in a manner that is transparent, respectful of the rights of all stakeholders with whom we interact and that promotes resilient social and economic development within our project area communities.
